“Citation in the Era of Big Data and Open Source Software”

We are happy to announce that the Keynote speaker for IRCDL 2019 will be Prof. Susan B. Davidson, known for her outstanding work in databases and bioinformatics. She is Weiss Professor of Computer and Information Science at University of Pennsylvania. Prof. Davidson serves on the board of the Computing Research Association and since 2001 became a Fellow of the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM). She was elected a Corresponding Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh in 2015.
